Get comfortable and let me rock your body, heart and soul to the relaxation of Lomi Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian oil massage with long strokes mainly, but also some deep tissue.

It takes 90min to go through the different parts of the body - including the stomach and the face but I also offer a 2h format.

What makes the patients uniquely connect with that experience is the spiritual dimension & the gentleness of this technique: Lomi Lomi uses the body as a gateway to emotional release.

A common feedback is that there is a deep familiar sense of relating to our inner child and feeling held by a caregiver, especially with the reiki energies that I also include in the massage.

You will experience:

• Wavy strokes on a oiled body (I exclusively use high-quality organic oils)

• Deep tissue for blood circulation & lymphatic drainage

• Groundedness & emotional healing

I follow the traditional full body sequence of Lomi lomi - which cannot be shrunk to 60min.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality based on the energetic and chakra system.

It can complement a massage on sensitive areas of the body as it is very gentle and restorative (no pressure or stroke).

It is used for:

• Relief of physical ailments

• Emotional attunement

• Energy imbalances even the most subtle ones that we are not conscious of.

Before we start, we will discuss your state of mind and body to customise the treatment.

During the session, the patient is invited to focus on the breath and absorb the experience, in a comfortable position. I place my palms over or on different parts of the body and stay on each area for between 5 to 10 minutes.

Symbols can also be used.

Interpersonal Reiki is a treatment for two where the energy circulates in an enmeshed circuit, co-regulating  the souls of both patients. 

Ideal to nourish or repair dynamics with a family member, a friend or a lover.

With a private Yoga class, following a sequence of postures becomes a moving meditation to the rhythm of our own breath.

Available styles:

• Hatha class: traditional experience to balance the energy with a pose by pose approach and longer holds. Includes breath work (Pranayama).

• Vinyasa class: modern flow thoroughly designed to prepare the body to reach peak postures and peak energy, working towards a 1 breath / 1 move rhythm.

Both aim at integrating the benefit of the practice in a final meditative resting pose (Savasana)

The focus of my class is put on alignment, adjustment and breath work.

Combine multiple healing modalities for a full ascending experience such as treating yourself with some Reiki to conclude your massage or your yoga class.
