Behind Ludasana, there is Ludo: French born and raised in community, I established myself in Australia in 2014, first in Gadigal, then in Naarm (2023).

I worked over 15 years in consulting and started reducing my working hours after completing my yoga instructor training in India back in 2020 (Hatha & Vinyāsa).

Trained in Reiki, Lomi lomi, experienced in Yin yoga & Vipasana, I bring years of meditation practice and healing modalities to the massage table.

Highly compassionate and curious, i speak 3 languages fluently, play the guitar and sing.
